EUROPEAN DIVERSITY MONTH
May marks the beginning of hashtag#EuropeanDiversityMonth2024, a month dedicated to the commitment of European companies to the theme of Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace and society.
On April 25th and 26th, a delegation from OMB’s HR team participated in the Opening Ceremony in Brussels, organized by @europeancommission in collaboration with theFondazione Sodalitas Foundation, of which we are members.
It was a great opportunity to deepen and reflect on the theme ofhashtag#diversityandinclusion in a European context of sharing and open-mindedness; masterclasses, round tables and seminars where we were able to exchange ideas, good practices and innovative projects with different realities.
