OMB SALERI SPA
Following the implementation of a corporate system with the company MISAL s.r.l., OMB Saleri is identified as parent company and responsible for the implementation of an integrated, solid, effective and efficient Quality system.
The present Quality Policy relates to the OMB Saleri SPA.
The specific MISAL s.r.l. Quality Policy is instead defined in the document “Misal Quality Policy”.
In order to promote a continuous improvement addressed to our customers satisfaction, OMB Saleri Management is always committed to ensure the supply of products which meet both legal and customers requirements within the agreed deadlines. OMB also contibutes to the competitiveness on the market, carrying out constant analyses and improvements of the costs in the realization of the products.
The analysis of the context , the risks and the oppurtunities deriving from the Company activities are therefore a fundamental instrument to identify what needs to be taken in order to reduce the risks and to take every given opportunities for our improvement.

The consolidation of the business unit research and development for the products addressed to the world of the Hydrogen and Ammonia so that we are able to identify and develop new products in the market and maintain OMB competitive advantage
Maintaing and monitoring the investments in the R&D area such as investments in resources, software and equipment in order to acquire the necessary knowhow to operate in the new market areas in which OMB is present.
Reduce the time to market of the new products to increase the share of sales turnover.
Keep on developing and carrying out projects aimed to eliminate waste in the Company through the Lean Manufacturing techniques also extended to offices.
Continue with the holding profit in the factory ( corporate welfare, MSW involvement, kindergarden) and therefore increase the satisfaction and the partecipation of our employees.
Keep the quality management system updated and efficient, constantly checking its effectiveness.
Follow the internal growth and the staff retraining. The growth path must be open to everyone and everyone is allowed and encouraged to broaden their vision and thoughts.
Include, in the path of growth and excellence, the suppliers who are considered strategical stakeholders for their technical and productive knowhow. The supplier development plan is a constant objective activity that provides a support to them for a continuous growth and leads to the introduction of new suppliers in line with the technical requirements of OEM market.
It is a strong management belief that the achievement of the above mentioned objectives can be reached with the commitment and the effort of all the employees and defining a model for the Quality management system, which represents a very important reference for the Company organisation.
To this purpose, the IATF 16949 standard and the UNI EN 9100 standard have been chosen and applied, combined with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard in order to define the business processes that have an impact on the realization of the product and of the provision of services.
In addition to this, it is fundamental to guarantee the necessary resources in terms of people and infrastructures, monitoring their progress through the adoption of specific objectives and related KPIs.
All staff is required to provide their support and partecipation ,according to their respective authorities and responsabilities, for the implementation of the policy here declared.
